Vicki Igbokwe-Ozoagu is the Founder of Uchenna Dance. She is currently looking for dancers aged 16-21 who want to gain experience learning from, and performing alongside professional dancers as part of the flagship production that will open the NEW Sadler’s Wells East theatre in February 2025.
Working with Sadler’s Wells, Vicki is creating a new version of her show Our Mighty Groove that will feature a cast of professional dancers and a young cast of 30 dancers aged 16 – 21 years who live or study in east London. As part of the process to select the young cast, Vicki and some of her creative team from Our Mighty Groove are leading a Research and Development week (also known as R&D) from Monday 15 – Friday 19 July 2024.
