Tickets booked via authorised Venues, Ticket Agencies and Third-Party resellers are subject to their terms and conditions and any queries regarding the purchase must be directed back to the point of sale.

 

SECTION 1 – WHAT TERMS APPLY TO ONLINE SHOP ORDERS?

Customers are entirely responsible for entering their details correctly on the online booking/ order form. You warrant that all details supplied by you are true and accurate. If there are any changes to your details once your booking/order is concluded, then it is your responsibility to inform Uchenna.

 

Where a person makes a booking on behalf of a third party, that person accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for that party.

 

It is your responsibility to check that the tickets/ product issued to you are complete and accurate and that you have supplied accurate contact details in order for us to contact you if a performance, class or workshop information is altered.

SECTION 2 – LIVE EVENTS:

Uchenna reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person if it believes their presence is likely to cause a nuisance, disturbance or threat to other patrons, participants, the venue or its employees.

 

• Admission is only valid where a booking has been fully paid with the advertised price.
• Uchenna reserves the right to make any alterations to the advertised arrangements or programme without being obliged to offer a refund or exchange.
• The use of cameras, tape recorders or any other electronic or digital recording, photographing or imaging devices is not allowed.
• Uchenna cannot be held responsible for late running of any activity due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
