Vicki Igbokwe Guest Choreographer for Northern School of Contemporary Dance

We are thrilled to announce that Vicki Igbokwe, Founder of Uchenna Dance, has been working with the Northern School of Contemporary Dance’s final-year BA (Hons) students on brand new commissions this summer term.

The students will be performing a re-imagining of Uchenna Dance’s production Our Mighty Groove as part of FUTURE NOW, a celebration of the achievements of the NSCD graduating cohort.

The performance from the Riley Theatre, Leeds, will be available to watch online from Friday 9th July 2021, 7:30pm, to Monday 19th July 2021.

The show also includes commissions by Vicki’s fellow guest choreographers José Agudo and Amaury Lebrun.
